From Sweden to the UK – eTruck continues to establish itself as one of the most modern and effective tools for forklift driver training.
At this year’s event “GXO – Driver and Operator of the Year” in the UK, some of the country’s most skilled forklift and truck drivers from over 400 logistics centers participated. The competitions covered several truck types – from counterbalance lift trucks to stacker lift trucks – but at least as much focus was on safety and skills development.
Great interest in eTruck
Together with our partner RTITB, our colleagues Klas Turesson and Sigrid Trygg were on site to showcase eTruck. There was great interest, and it became clear that the need for engaging, accessible and personalized training is just as relevant in the UK as it is in Sweden.
A European success
eTruck is now used not only in Sweden, but also in France and the UK. Over 100,000 students have completed the training, either as part of basic education or refresher training. The platform is also awarded several international awards for innovation and design.
